With Commitment to Excellence, The Digital Group Successfully Retains ISO Recertifications with Zero Non-Compliance
The Digital Group is delighted to announce that it has retained all four of its ISO certifications: ISO (International Organization for Standardization) (9001:2015), ISO (27001:2013), ISO (22301:2019) and ISO (27701:2019).
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification establishes credibility and trust among consumers, clients and other business partners. This designation confirms that an organization complies with global quality assurance, manufacturing and business standards in today's international market.
The audit was conducted by the audit panel, consisting of Mr (Mahendra) Salunkhe, Mr (Girish Behere) and Ms (Jyotsna) Shimpi of TUV, from 4th to 6th December 2023.
During the audit, there were no Non-compliances and only a few opportunities for improvement (OFIs) were reported during the final meeting. The audit action plan will be shared to ensure that all findings are followed up and resolved as soon as possible by the relevant functions/projects.
Our team's commitment to excellence, combined with our collective efforts, enabled us to retain all four of our ISO certifications.
